<p>A method for manufacturing a lacquered fishing rod is provided to improve strength of the fishing rod and to promote beauty of an exterior by using environment-friendly lacquer and paints. A method for manufacturing a lacquered fishing rod comprises the steps of: attaching and rolling a fabric comprising any one of a glass fiber containing resins and a carbon fiber to a designed mold, and heating and forming it at 120 deg.C(S1); forming a lower coating layer by coating the surface of the processed fishing rod with crude lacquer and drying the fishing rod(S2); forming a middle coating layer by coating the upper surface of the lower coating layer with refined lacquer, drying it, and grinding the surface three to five times(S3); and forming an upper coating layer by coating the upper surface of the middle coating layer with the refined lacquer and drying it(S4).</p> |
