APPARATUS FOR HYDROLYSIS TREATMENT OF ORGANIC SLUDGE AND, METHODS OF THE SAME

PURPOSE: An apparatus for hydrolysis treatment of organic sludge and, a method thereof are provided to improve the treatment efficiency of organic sludge by enabling continuous hydrolysis treatment. CONSTITUTION: A method for hydrolysis treatment of organic sludge comprises the steps of: supplying organic sludge to each arranged decomposition tubs while adjusting the supply amount of organic sludge to a sludge valve; heating the each decomposition tub by supplying steam to each decomposition tub; performing hydrolysis treatment for organic sludge by maintaining the pressure of the decomposition tub at 10-40 pressure of 180-250°C; performing heat exchange to cool the tub for hydrolysis treatment and heat another decomposition tub; and discharging the hydrolysis treated organic sludge from the cooled hydrolysis tub.
