PURPOSE: A producing method of steamed rice cake containing natural honey and oligosaccharide is provided to offer the unique texture and flavor to the rice cake. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of steamed rice cake comprises the following steps: washing, soaking, and crushing rice; mixing 100parts of rice powder by weight, 1~10parts of natural honey by weight, 1~30parts of oligosaccharide by weight, 10~30parts of water by wieght, and 1~30parts of sugar by weight; and steaming with 90deg C steam for 5~30minutes.
