PURPOSE: A fabrication method for an electrode terminal of a pouch type secondary battery is provided to prevent a polymer film from cutting at an edge part and to obtain a plurality of electrode terminals surrounded with the polymer film one time. CONSTITUTION: A fabrication method for an electrode terminal of a pouch type secondary battery comprises the steps of: preparing an injection mold(110,120) in which an injection resin accommodation groove is formed to surround the circumference of an electrode terminal accommodation groove; inserting the electrode terminal(37,38) in the electrode terminal accommodation groove; filling a liquid injection resin in the injection resin accommodation groove; solidifying the liquid injection resin to form a polymer film(139); and separating the injection mold from the electrode terminal.
