TWISTING MACHINE OF ARTIFICIAL GRASS THREAD

PURPOSE: A device for twisting an artificial grass thread is provided to easily twist threads while preventing twisting and releasing of threads. CONSTITUTION: Heaters(10,10') are installed on upper/lower parts of a frame(15) of a pre-heater(H). A thread is supplied to a twisting machine(T) by a driven roller(17). A twisting roller(22) is installed by a shaft(21). Hollow shafts(23,23') are coupled with both sides of a frame(24). A fixing roll(31) and a tension roll(32) are installed in the upper end of a winding body(B). A spiral groove is formed on a roller-type cam(33). The first guide roller(35) is installed on the top of a guider body(30). A bobbin is combined with a winding roller(40).
