PURPOSE: A transmission and reception module for radar is provided to be fabricated with a MOS transistor made of a silicon substrate without using a semiconductor device. CONSTITUTION: A phase shifter(220) shifts a phase of a transferred wireless signal at the angle of 22.5°, 45°, 90° or 180°. A signal feeding unit(230) receives a chip selection signal, an address signal, and a digital signal which includes a data signal. The signal feeding unit provides a control signal which determines a transmission mode of a bidirectional amplification unit through an address signal, and a control signal of the phase shifter. The signal feeding unit transfers the data signal in serial.
