PURPOSE: An interm shaft for a steering device of a vehicle, capable noise reduction by installing an elastic bushing, is provided to reduce the size of the interm shaft by securing the buckling length longer than the length of interm shaft. CONSTITUTION: An interm shaft for a steering device of a vehicle comprises a shaft(110), a second shaft(120), a bottom universal joint(130), a top universal joint(140), a damper(150) and an angle stopper(160). The second shaft is inserted into the first shaft to move. The bottom universal joint is connected to the lower side end of the second shaft. The top universal joint comprises a yoke(143) of hollow form. A part of the upper side ends of shaft can be inserted into the yoke.
