PURPOSE: A method, a set-top box, and a system for relaying a mobile service are provided to supply communication service through the set-top box by using an existing communication network. CONSTITUTION: A set-top box(150) generates a down-conversion mobile communication signal as a downlink mobile communication signal from a multimedia transmission network. The set-top box transfers the downlink mobile communication signal to a mobile terminal. The set-top box receives the uplink mobile communication signal from the mobile terminal, and generates the uplink conversion mobile communication signal. The set-top box transfers the uplink conversion mobile communication signal to the transmission network.
