PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display device is provided to emit the heat generated from a data drive IC board by confirming a heatsink line in the data drive IC board. CONSTITUTION: A liquid crystal panel has a display unit for displaying an image, and at least one connection unit(TCP) electrically connects the liquid crystal panel to a source printing circuit board. At least one heatsink line emits the heat generated from a data drive IC(Integrated Circuit) board to the outside. The heatsink line is separated from the grounding portion formed on the source printing circuit board.
