PURPOSE: A rapid freezing apparatus for a movable freezing facility and a rapid freezing method thereof are provided to rapidly freeze a household freezer using heat-absorption effect during the evaporation reaction of liquid nitrogen. CONSTITUTION: A rapid freezing apparatus(100) for a movable freezing facility(1) comprises a liquid nitrogen feed unit(120), an injector(140), and a controller. The liquid nitrogen feed unit comprises a liquid nitrogen vessel(122) installed inside a household freezer(10) for a movable freezing facility. The injector comprises multiple nozzles(146) connected to a piping(144) equipped with a solenoid auto valve(142). The nozzles are arranged inside the household freezer. The controller comprises the switch. |
