PURPOSE: Dumplings including artemisia princeps, and a producing method thereof are provided to improve the taste, the flavor, and the color of the dumplings using the artemisia princeps. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of dumplings including artemisia princeps comprises the following steps: producing dumpling skin containing the artemisia princeps; forming a mixture of artemisia princeps, liriope platyphylla, and mulberry leaves; inserting the mixture into dumpling stuffing including meat, vegetables, and seasonings; low temperature aging the dumpling stuffing; and molding the dumplings using the dumpling stuffing and the dumpling skin. |
