PURPOSE: A dry confectionery capable of preventing the overintake of salt is provided to objectively evaluate saline intake diet, by standardizing the salt content of each confectionery. CONSTITUTION: A dry confectionery capable of preventing the overintake of salt includes each grain with the same physical property and chemical composition. Each grain is standardized by grade, through being classified with the salt content only. The saltiness of grains inside the dry confectionery changes by the standardized grade. |
