A rack feeding-in station (7) is provided in the vicinity of one side of a food product processing device (3), and a rack delivery station (9) is provided in the vicinity of the other side thereof. At said rack feeding-in station (7), a first rack conveying device (15) is provided whereby a rack (5) can be freely pulled in and whereby a rack (5) can be freely inserted into said food product processing device (3). At said rack delivery station (9), there is provided a second rack conveying device (15A) whereby the rack (5) can be freely pulled out from within said food product processing device (3) and can be freely pushed to outside from this rack delivery station (9). Rack conveying means (23) that are provided on the rack conveying devices (15, 15A) can be respectively swivelled horizontally, and comprise a tray feeding-in device (55) for successively feeding in a tray (11) from the upper side in respect of a multi-stage tray accommodating section (13), provided on the rack (5), on the opposite side of said food product processing device (3), with said rack feeding-in station (7) in between. |
