PURPOSE: A lifting device equipped with a ring-shaped controller is provided, which enables a user to easily operate a lifting device. CONSTITUTION: A lifting device equipped with a ring-shaped controller comprises: a base frame(10); a main frame(20) which is formed long in the vertical direction, is combined with the base frame, and is installed to be movable; a bed unit(30) which locates in the front of the main frame and is connected to an elevating member; an operation unit(50) in which one end is connected to one among the elevating member or bed unit and the other end is expanded to the front; and a drive unit(40) raising the elevating member according to a ring-shaped controller.
