PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a formed product having environmentally-friendly cement with fermented liquid is provided to build eco-friendly environment. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a formed product having environmentally-friendly cement with fermented liquid comprises: a step of mixing 3 weight% of Saccharomyces cerevisiae, 57 weight% of grain meal, and 40 weight% of black sugar; a step of adding the mixture in 10 times weight of water; a step of fermenting at 30°C for 7-10 days; a step of mixing the fermented liquid with cement slurry; and a step of molding the cement slurry and curing. The cement slurry is cement mortar slurry or cement concrete slurry.
