PURPOSE: A pollutant disposal system and a disposal method are provided to reduce a process by manufacturing a pollutant block using one device. CONSTITUTION: A pollutant disposal system comprises a first chamber(10), a block part(20), a second chamber(30), and magnetrons(19,39). The first and second chambers comprise spaces, respectively. Pollutants are loaded in the first chamber. The first chamber first dries the pollutants. The block part makes the pollutants into a block. The second chamber completely dries the block. The magnetrons emit microwaves to the first and second chambers.
