PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display panel having a non-rectangular extension region on which a driving unit and a test pad can be mounted.SOLUTION: The display panel includes a first substrate, a second substrate, a display layer, and the driving unit. The first substrate includes a display region, an extension region, and an edge region arranged between the display region and the extension region. The display layer is arranged between the first substrate and the second substrate. The length of the boundary line between the edge region and the extension region is longer than the length of the lower edge part of the extension region away from the edge region.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
