PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress increase in the cost required for diagnosis, and respond to abnormality more quickly.SOLUTION: The present invention acquires a plurality of operating-time vector data generated at operation time of a rotary apparatus; analyzes the acquired operating-time vector data by statistical multi-dimensional scaling; plots a plurality of operating-time vector data by the analysis onto a two-dimensional plane, and generates a plot group to be diagnosed; calculates a specific position representing the feature of the plot group to be diagnosed; calculates a distance between specific positions that is a distance between a specific position representing the feature of a reference plot group of reference plot data plotted on a two-dimensional plane by statistical multi-dimensional scaling and a specific position in the plot group to be diagnosed; and determines abnormality in a facility on the basis of the calculated distance between specific positions.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10 |
