Provided is an organic light emitting display device. The organic light emitting display device according to the present invention comprises: a plurality of sub pixel areas divided into a light emitting area and a light non-emitting area to surround the light emitting area; a first electrode, an organic light emitting layer arranged on the first electrode, a second electrode arranged on the organic light emitting layer, an organic light emitting device arranged to face the light emitting area; metal or a metal alloy capable of forming a hydrogen-metal compound through a chemical reaction with active hydrogen; the hydrogen-metal compound which is formed since the metal or metal alloy reacts to the active hydrogen; and an active hydrogen trap unit arranged to face the light non-emitting area. If a thin film transistor for driving the organic light emitting device is a thin film transistor using an oxide semiconductor, diffusible active hydrogen can be trapped by the metal or the metal alloy capable of forming the hydrogen-metal compound through the chemical reaction with hydrogen. |
