PURPOSE: A vacuum cylinder device using a hydraulic cylinder, which minimizes the noise generated when making vacuum states, are provided to reduce the failure rate by weld lines and sink marks formed in the molding of molded products. CONSTITUTION: A vacuum cylinder device comprises a cylinder(100), a hydraulic piston(110), a vacuum piston(120), a shaft(140) and a chamber isolating partition(130). The hydraulic piston and vacuum piston are installed in the cylinder. The hydraulic piston and vacuum piston is fixed with a predetermined space by using a shaft. The shaft passes through to be fixed in the center of the chamber isolating partition.
