PURPOSE: An auxiliary tire for a bicycle is provided to enable a bicycle to be normally operated by preventing a tire tube from being punctured even if foreign materials are existed on the ground. CONSTITUTION: An auxiliary tire(2) for a bicycle comprises a main tire, bead parts(10), and a thread(8). The main tire is in contact with the ground and is rotated. The bead parts and the thread are formed along the outer surface of the thread of the main tire. A bead wire(3) and a puncture prevention plate(6) are inserted into the bead parts and the thread. The auxiliary tire is made of a rubber material and is installed along the outer surface of the main tire.
