PURPOSE: A native language utterance sequence transform system and a method thereof using a method for using statistical data of the featured related to the Chinese character are provided to improve the accuracy of the native language utterance sequence by converting the native language utterance sequence. CONSTITUTION: A native pronunciation string extractor(202) extracts the Chinese character string by using a Chinese-native pronunciation string table. A statistical data determiner(203) determines the statistical data about the Chinese character string by using the statistical data of the feature. A native pronunciation string transformer(204) changes the Chinese character into the native language utterance sequence.
