PURPOSE: A steam-pan heating apparatus is provided to enable the temperature of a heated member to be maintained using a phase change material. CONSTITUTION: A steam-pan heating apparatus comprises a case(10), a first storage tank(20), a second storage tank(30) and a steam discharging pipe(40). The case forms the frame of the apparatus. The first storage tank is installed on the upper part in the case and holds a phase change material. The second storage tank occupies the other inner space than the first storage tank. The steam discharging pipe passes through the first storage tank. One end of the stem discharging pipe is open to the second storage tank and the other end is open to the outside of the upper end of the case.
