PURPOSE: A cap for an airtight container is provided to reduce the locking and unlocking noise by prolonging a cap opening handle to a horizontal direction. CONSTITUTION: A folding connection part(232) connects a outer rim of a cap(200), and a opening and closing handle(230). A handling noise generated from a coupling action is reduced by a folding connection part is moved to down side of the outer rim. A moved folding connection part is moved to upward direction to a set height(H) from a lower end edge part. In the shift to upward direction of the folding connection part, the opening handle is prolonged in the horizontal state.
