PURPOSE: A package box is provided to disperse weight of content to a whole packaging box by enabling a handle cutting part to be formed in rear surface of a handle piece and a front surface of a handle piece. CONSTITUTION: A packing box includes a floor surface, a front surface(102), a left side(103), a right side(104), a rear side(105), a front upper plate(111), a rear upper plate(112), a side binding piece(121), a front surface handle piece(131) and a rear surface handle piece(133). The front upper plate is folded horizontally. The rear supper plate is folded horizontally to the inner side of the package box in upper end of rear surface. Side binding piece cove is folded to make a slope inside the package box in each upper end of a left surface and a right surface. The front surface handle piece and the rear surface handle piece have a handle cutting unit(140) and is mutually and connectively located by folded in front surface upper plate and rear surface upper plate. By a projection which is formed in both sides of a front surface handle piece and a rear surface handle piece is insert-connected to the slot formed in side binding piece and the packing box(100) is assembled.
