The device has standard type nuts housed in cavities for receiving a fixation support (40), where the support is inserted against an internal face of a fixing part (21) of a support element (20). The support is positioned, so that the nuts receive fastening screws (51-54) that pass through another fixing part (11) and the former fixing part of to-be-fixed elements (10, 30) and the support element. The to-be-fixed elements are fixed against an external face of the fixing part of the support element, where the elements are made of plastic or steel. An independent claim is also included for a method for fixing two elements on a support element.
