PURPOSE: A dredged soil processing system using a strong and rapid coagulant composition for processing organic/inorganic floating materials and micro-clay is provided to rapidly and immediately sediment-remove organic/inorganic coherence causal factor. CONSTITUTION: A dredged soil processing system comprises the following: a high-speed coagulative precipitation pond(F) receiving muddy water passed through a settling pond; a refining wall dividing the coagulative precipitation pond into a flock forming portion(F1) and a precipitation portion(F2); a stirrer(A) installed on the flock forming portion; and a coagulant injector(C) inserting a strong and rapid coagulant composition to the flock forming portion.
