PURPOSE: A heating device using a solar-heat type of a heat exchange unit is provided to enable solar heat to be effectively collected without reflection to a container body since a plurality of convex lens are formed on a light collecting plate and a planar unit is formed on the container, which faces the light collecting plate. CONSTITUTION: A heating device using a solar-heat type of a heat exchange unit comprises at least one heat exchange unit(100), a supply tank(200), and a collection tank(300). The heat exchange units are arranged in parallel and comprise a heat exchange pipe(5), a transparent container(2) and a light collecting plate(20), respectively. The heat exchange pipe is formed in an elongated shape, the inside of the pipe is formed to have a vacuum state and the pipes make tight contact with each other to be vertically installed in a spiral shape. The container comprises heat medium(10) to transfer the heat to the heat exchange pipe. The light collecting plate collects solar heat on one side of the container and heats the heat medium in the container.
