<p>The device has a wired connection (11) for realizing direction connection between a computer (5) and an electronic energy meter (1). The wired connection is provided with an electronic interface (12) for realizing dialogue between the computer and the electronic energy meter. The electronic interface includes electric deactivation units having an electrical transformer and placed between a part (14) of the wired connection and another part (15) of the wired connection.
