PURPOSE: An insulator fixing device for a form is provided to securely maintain an aluminum form adhered to an insulation layer without a gap and to efficiently place concrete. CONSTITUTION: An insulator fixing device for a form comprises a fixing member and a fixing cap. The fixing member is fixed to an aluminum form(20) through an insulator. The fixing member has a fixture(220) and a fixing pin(230). Te fixing pin is embedded in an insulation layer(30) and stably fixes the fixture. The fixing cap is buried in concrete and has a fitting pipe(310), a fixing board(320), and inclined surfaces(330).
