NI BASED SUPERALLOY WITH γ' HARDENED SURFACE LAYER AND METHOD OF FABRICATING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A nickel based superalloy with a super-latticed coating layer and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to form a coating layer in a solution treatment and ageing process without an additional process. CONSTITUTION: A nickel based superalloy is composed of a Ni-base supperalloy and a coating layer(30). The Ni-base supperalloy has a super-latticed structure. The coating layer is formed on the surface of the Ni-base supperalloy. The coating layer comprises an L12 structure. The coating layer has Ni3(Al,Ti) components. A manufacturing method of the nickel based superalloy is as follows. The Ni-base supperalloy is prepared. The surface of the Ni-base supperalloy is coated with an aluminum material. The Ni-base supperalloy is solution-treated. The coating layer is formed by performing first and second treatment.
