PURPOSE: A disc for a disc roll for a furnace and a disc roll manufactured by the disc are provided to prevent the property of a coupling material from becoming decreased at a high temperature using acrylic polymer coagulant-aids and to enhance thermal durability. CONSTITUTION: A disc for a disc roll for a furnace consists of inorganic fiber of 53~80 weight%, inorganic filler of 15~44 weight%, pulp of 2~3 weight%, and coagulant aids of 1~3 weight%. The inorganic fiber consists of ceramic fiber of 15~25 weight%, sepiolite of 30~40 weight%, a needle shape of wollastonite of 8~15 weight%. The inorganic filler consists of mica of 5~20 weight%, and alumina of 10~25 weight%. The coagulant aids are polyacrylamide coagulant-aids. The disc roll for the furnace does not a metallic backplate(a heat radiating plate). |
