PURPOSE: A water resource sample transfer method and a system thereof for securing effective data are provided to automatically transfer a sample analysis from various places to measure the water quality. CONSTITUTION: A sample for measuring the water quality is collected from the sample(10). The sample container in which the sample is collected is thrown to the piping(16). The sample container is transferred through the piping to a sample collecting place(18). The recording medium storing the information about the collection place of sample and collection time is attached to the sample container. The sample container transferred through the piping is sensed. The sensing signal is transmitted to a management server monitoring the transfer of a sample container(20).
