PURPOSE: A conversional pad manufacturing method and a conversional pad are provided to improve an advertisement effect by arranging an interior member on the top and bottom of the conversional pad. CONSTITUTION: A key pad(110) is formed by printing a pattern with a transparency functional ink on one side and performing transparency evaporation. A sheet pad is formed by performing NV molding and transparency evaporation after printing diffusion ink on one side. A conversion pad is formed by attaching to a plurality of seat pads to the bottom surface of keypad. A case member is arranged in the top and bottom of the conversion pad.
