PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce an emulsion free from defects of conventional technology and having excellent cosmetic properties.SOLUTION: There is provided a cosmetic composition in a form of an emulsion comprising at least one aqueous phase and at least one fatty phase, a superabsorbent polymer and at least one organic UV screening agent.
