PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide "a working device in piping and a method for the same" where a running driving force inside the piping is very big and provide "the working device in the piping and the method for the same" having "a means that forcibly dries a wet internal surface of the piping".SOLUTION: A circular pressure border seal whose free end contacts the internal surface is provided on the internal surface of the piping, the seal divides a space inside the piping into two spaces of a space A and a space B with the seal as a border, one end adjacent to the seal of the space A communicates with a suction pump through a hose, the other end away from the seal of the space A communicates with the fluid enclosing the piping through a vacuum breaking valve that controls a negative pressure inside the space A, the hose is disposed in the space B, and the end away from the seal of the space B communicates with the fluid enclosing the piping. |
