PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic analysis device positively discharging predetermined quantities of respective components of blood plasma, blood sera, and blood cells of a specimen into a reaction container by a common dispensing nozzle, irrespective of the components of the specimen.SOLUTION: The automatic analysis device includes a specimen dispensing mechanism 12 which connects a dispensing pump 46 to a dispensing nozzle 41 by a pipeline, makes the dispensing pump 46 perform sucking and discharging operations to suck the specimen from a specimen container into the dispensing nozzle 41, and discharges and dispenses the sucked specimen into a container, and analyzes the specimen by reacting the sucked specimen with a reagent and measuring the absorbance of the reaction liquid. The automatic analysis device includes an acquisition part 34a for acquiring information regarding the sucked specimen or analysis items preliminarily set for the specimen; and a position control part 34 for controlling the discharging position of the sucked specimen by the dispensing nozzle 41 based on the information regarding the sucked specimen or the analysis items preliminarily set for the specimen obtained by the acquisition part 34a. |
