PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a passive mixer circuit capable of reducing 1/f noise generated at a differential amplifier used for the passive mixer circuit and improving reception sensitivity.SOLUTION: Switch groups 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 are installed at input edges c and d and output edges e and f of a differential voltage amplifier 31 in a current/voltage converter 30, respectively. According to the arrangement, the connection state or operation state of the differential voltage amplifier 31 is switched at higher speed than intermediate frequency IF to reduce the 1/f noise of low frequency generated at the differential voltage amplifier 31. |
