PURPOSE: Pure dried food using ginseng and red ginseng, and a producing method thereof are provided to increase the absorption rate of active ingredients inside the ginseng and the red ginseng. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of pure dried food using ginseng and red ginseng comprises the following steps: washing the ginseng and the red ginseng(S1); cutting the ginseng and the red ginseng(S2); juicing the ginseng and the red ginseng to make a coating liquid(S3); inserting cut ginseng and red ginseng into a hot air drier or a microwave drier, for drying for 20hours(S4); crushing the dried ginseng and red ginseng(S5); inserting the obtained ginseng and red ginseng powder to a compressor to make tablets(S6); coating the tablets with the coating liquid(S7); and drying the coated tablets(S8). |
