PURPOSE: An x-ray detector and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to enhance the photoelectric efficiency of an X-ray detector since high transparency of optical transparent adhesive film is used. CONSTITUTION: An x-ray detector comprises a scintillator(100), a photoelectric conversion substrate(200) and an optical transparent adhesive film(300). The scintillator changes the wavelength of X-ray, which enters from the outside. The photoelectric conversion substrate changes a light, of which wavelength has been changed by the scintillator, to an electric signal. The photoelectric conversion substrate outputs an image signal. The optical transparent adhesive film is arranged between the photoelectric conversion substrate and the scintillator. The optical transparent adhesive film combines the photoelectric conversion substrate and the scintillator. |
