PURPOSE: A pipe rising transport device is provided to transfer the pipe to the desired floor in the construction of a multistory building. CONSTITUTION: A pipe rising transport device comprises a base plate, a supporting plate(20), a support rod(30), a space adjusting plate(40), a convey roller(50), a drive motor(60), a fastening plate support washer(70), a wire fastening plate(80), a wire(90), a winding roll(100) and a wire supporting ring(110). A slot hole is formed in the one-side of the space adjusting plate to control the length of a plurality of support rods.
