PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the power generating capability of a solar cell panel in accordance with weather conditions without being influenced by weather.SOLUTION: A unit system rack 1 is provided with a supporting column A(2), a supporting column B(3) and a supporting column C(4). A supporting column pole 6 is provided to a column pedestal 5 of the unit system rack 1. A solar cell panel A(7) is attached to the column A(2), a solar cell panel B(8) is attached to the column B(3), and a solar cell panel C(9) is attached to the column C(4). The supporting column pole 6 provided to the column pedestal 5 is attached with a solar panel D(10), a solar cell panel E(11), and a solar cell panel F(12). The respective solar cell panels are fixed while set to face the east or the west. A reflecting sheet 13 is set below the unit system rack 1. Then a sun-room building 14 having a sunbathing structure is provided. |
