PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a separator for a fuel cell which prevents flooding (water clogging), has excellent strength and corrosion resistance, and is manufactured easily.SOLUTION: The separator 1 for a fuel cell includes a metal base 2, and a resin layer 4 formed by electrodeposition to coat the metal base 2. The resin layer 4 contains a conductive material and a hydrophilic material. The hydrophilic material is at least one of metal oxide and metal hydroxide. |
