PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the electrostatic discharge of an electronic circuit of a motor with a simple structure, while using a general fan motor as it is, in mounting the fan motor to electronic equipment.SOLUTION: The fan motor attached to the electronic equipment is covered with a fan cover 1. The fan cover 1 has a conductive member 2 which covers the area of the electronic circuit of the fan motor and a terminal 2a for earth connection which is drawn out from the conductive member 2. To attach the fan cover 1 to the electronic equipment, the earth connecting terminal 2a is connected with the casing of the electronic equipment. For example, the conductive member 2 is a circular metal plate roughly equal in diameter to the rotor of the fan motor, and the terminal 2a for earth connection is made by being drawn out integratedly from a metal plate. |
