PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation device for an endoscopic microsurgery (TEM) inserted through a hole existing naturally in a human body, and used for executing an operation after transferring a thin and long operation instrument and an endoscope device into a body surgery portion through an internal space thereof.SOLUTION: This transanal endoscopic surgery device can regulate a surgery portion, by rotating only a lens barrel portion by a required amount by a hand, without separating the TEM device from a fixed block during the midway of the operation, by adding a rotary function to the lens barrel portion of the TEM surgery device. An outside diameter of the lens barrel portion is shortened by arranging an endoscope in an outside of a lens barrel, and a view field direction of the endoscope is kept constant all the time, even when the lens barrel portion is rotated. A convenient operation is allowed by imparting a rotary function to an operation instrument insertion port, in addition to imparting the rotary function to the lens barrel portion. |
