PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve blur generated in the scanning direction of an image picked up by a one-dimensional sensor.SOLUTION: A first light-receiving section 11 and a second light-receiving section 21 which are arranged on the light receiving surface and have light detection windows with the length in the scanning direction which is smaller than the length in the scanning direction of a pixel area to be imaged accumulate electric charges according to light receiving amounts from the light detection windows, and an output control section 30 outputs the electric charges accumulated by the first light-receiving section 11 and the second light-receiving section 21, when the first light-receiving section 11 and the second light-receiving section 21 complete optical scanning of the pixel area.
