PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for providing an operation technique, portable terminals, a method of providing the operation technique, and a portable terminal control program which allows a user to understand the operation techniques of the portable terminals.SOLUTION: When the first portable terminal receives a request to inquire about the operation technique, the first portable terminal sends an operation log including operation performed by the user and processing performed according to the user's operation to the second portable terminal. Upon reception of the operation log from the first portable terminal, the second portable terminal displays, on a display unit, an operation reproduction screen that is a screen to which the processing performed by the first portable terminal is reproduced based on the operation log. When an operation guide that is the operation technique of the first portable terminal is input into the operation reproduction screen, the second portable terminal sends the input operation guide to the first portable terminal. |
