PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor holding mechanism to which a motor can be easily fitted and which is capable of firmly holding the motor, and an actuator.SOLUTION: In an actuator, a motor and a gear train are accommodated in a case that is formed of a base plate and a cover. In the actuator, a motor holding mechanism is provided which comprises a base-side support part that is provided in the base plate and a cover-side support part that is provided in the cover. The base-side support part presses the motor with an elastic force, and the cover-side support part presses the base-side support part. The motor can be easily fitted to the base plate only by spreading the base-side support part. When the cover is fitted to the base plate, the motor is pressed by the base-side support part and the cover-side support part, such that the motor is firmly held.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
