PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analysis method and device, capable of sensitively analyzing a composition of a polymer particle.SOLUTION: The analysis method uses an analysis chip which has a substrate, two or more channels formed in the substrate and an interflow channel allowing the two or more channels to join together, and carries out following steps (A) and (B). In the step (A), liquid (1A) containing a dispersed polymer particle is fed to one channel, and liquid (2A) of a good solvent of the polymer is fed to at least another channel, and the interflow channel allowing the liquids 1A and 2A to be fed is formed. In the step (B), a concentration of the polymer dissolved on the good solvent liquid (2A) side in the interflow channel is analyzed. |
