PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixation structure of a carrier plate and a glass holder, wherein the glass holder for holding window glass and the carrier plate can be easily joined while the window glass can be stably moved up and down.SOLUTION: A planar plate body 16 for composing the carrier plate 11 includes: a plate hole 18 into which a locking member such as a screw or the like is inserted; and a protrusion 17. A planar holder body 31 for composing the glass holder 12 includes: a holder hole 33 into which the locking member is inserted; and a flange part 32 which is engaged with the protrusion 17. The fixation structure is configured so that the carrier plate and the glass holder are fixed at two locations of the protrusion 17 to the flange part 32, and the plate hole 18 to the holder hole 33.
